Career and references
A native of Chaumont (Haute-Marne), the Chef Christophe Bocquillon was hired after his studies at the Hostellerie de Levernois, where he spent two years in the company of the Michelin-star Chef Vincent Maillard. He then joined Une Table au Sud, a Marseille-based Michelin-star restaurant on the Vieux-Port, before moving to Beaune to enjoy a peaceful life alongside Roland Chanliaud. He took over from him at the start of 2013 when he was just 28 years old.
